'We started working with Rich Insight in August 2015 initially to help plan and implement PPC and re-marketing campaigns for our peak Q4 period. While working them on this project it was clear that the team had both fantastic digital knowledge and practical experience of running and implementing campaigns for retail brands.

In February 2016 Rich Insight began the project to re-platform our website from a bespoke Cold Fusion solution. Following an in depth audit of the brand and our in-house resources, they recommended the Shopify e-commerce platform as the most appropriate option. The new website went live in July 2016 and during our peak trading period of Nov-Jan online revenue increased by 37%, transactions by 61% and conversion rate by 42%.

Working with Rich Insight on both these projects was an absolute pleasure, with everything delivered on time and within budget they more than exceeded our expectations.'
